Good location, nice room with a big shower cabin. Hall area is big with plenty of space and sofas to sit and rest in case one wants to. There's available water with flavours which is a nice gesture towards the guest coming from the Madrid Summer hot temperatures. In the room there's a couple of complementary coffee and water, and in the bathroom there's plenty of amneties and gel, shampoo and ahir condicioner, which is appreciated when one flew with tiny bottles due to secutiry restrictions.

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect, the room with the terrace was great with a beautiful view and the staff was kind and very professional. We'll be back for sure!

Great location, close to every 'must-do' attractions. Our room(with terrace) was spacious and comfortable. Facilities and amenities were great. Breakfast offered many great options too. It was great stay.

Hotel was very central and easy to get to and access local amenities. Our grasp of the spanish language is poor (despite having a close aunt from Venezuela) but the staff all spoke excellent English. Breakfast was great, tho we only used once as were keen to try out nearby eateries. The bar service and lounges were all excellent, really could not fault anything.

Our stay at Catalonia Gran Vía Madrid was delightful. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any needs or questions, making us feel right at home. The rooms and public areas were kept clean, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel offers a comfortable bar – a nice spot to relax and drink before heading out. The location is ideal: right on Gran Vía, close to all main attractions, and just a 20-minute walk to many of Madrid’s highlights. Overall, this hotel was an excellent choice for us, offering a good balance of comfort, convenience, and friendly service. We’d recommend it to others looking for a solid, well-located option in Madrid.
